But lameness is not a consideration. Productivity is. Capability is. =

The above *do* get results. But, I=92m not averse to helping to code in =
the core if something genuinely needs fixing. I helped with the =
get-package-attribute/get-all-package-attributes business, and also then =
made a plug in to actually fix the bug (since certain developers were =
even more concerned with backward compatibility than me).

I honor Peter Brett for all the cleanup he did. But he actually =
understood the capabilities of the toolkit. I don=92t want to see =
=93cleanup=94 that=92s actually added complexity put in because the =
author doesn=92t understand or refuses to use the core capabilities that =
are already there.
