Regardless of Verilog vs VHDL, there is a need for bidirectional
translation, so which is primary really doesn't matter.

There is already work in progress under the Gnucap project
which uses plugins.

So far, we have Verilog, Spice, Spectre.

There is work in progress for Qucsator and gschem.

Are you volunteering to do the VHDL plugin?
