I don't think so. In the state we have now, all programs have
different options, menus, handles and so on. Why should we create
such a mess with their translations in libgeda? As one of the
translators, I'd prefer to have translation things as they are
set up now. This allows me to translate first more important
programs (gschem, gaf), then other utils, and thus makes my life
easier :)

OTOH, we have similar texts in various programs in geda-gaf
because of using similar functions. IMO, we could move such common
things (I mean functions) into libgeda, thus making our world
simpler :)
