My copy is somewhat out of date, but yes - I bought a copy when I was more
actively developing for PCB.

The money to purchase the standard was donated directly to me by two users
of gEDA who wished to support the development effort.

It was the 3D data exchange aspects of the standard I was using, and it was
hugely worthwhile.

I'll admit, the 3D interchange portions of STEP, for which it is most
widely known are highly adopted as industry standard. AP210 is not
currently.

If we are allowed to write GPL software that follow the standard it could
be used. It is however a problem each person need to buy their own copy and
we can't share the documents.

I am currenlty unemployed and unwilling to spend money on the documents. Do
we have anyone else here willing to spend money on the documents?
