No, there is no such plan for the moment.
Some tries has been done, you can take an ibis file and get it "mostly"
right, where "mostly" is not good enought for me, perhaps perfectly 
fine for others, and there is some experiments of converting pdf files
to sym. But sorry, thoose experiements has shown that it is not that
simple.

Don't ask, search the list about thoose experiments.

Yes, it would, but as said before, it's not that simple.
So, unless you do some programming yourself or throw some substancial
amount of money on it, it will stay that way.
