Arrow keys may be used for movement and in gschem "background" is moved while in pcb pointer is moved. It would be good if both used same keys. movement of "background" in gschem with arrows is useful but arrow to move pointer for fine tuning in pcb is quite a lot more useful.

Then I use them earlier today I thought it might be worth a try to combine them so that background is moved and pointer is moved relative to background although it stay at same point on screen.
