IMHO, the most valuable column is "vote". It gives the number of 
participating users who used the application during the last 30 days.
It seems fair to call them active users. There are of course users
who use geda less often. But all boundaries are fuzzy anyway.

Interestingly, geda seems significantly more popular between Debian users.
Even more so, if we consider the amount of participants. In Debian about
186 000 systems contribute to the statistics. While this already seems
impressive, Ubuntu boasts 2.7 Million participating installs.  

This suggests that active geda users are about 30 times more likely to
use Debian than the average linux user.
