So yesterday this code sprint happened and I don't think it's an
exaggeration to call it a great success. Some 6 or 8 people showed up
over the day and all of them wrote code.

Here's what I recall what happened:

Found the problem with the DRC window and also a good compromise
to solve it (single click paints pink, pans and moves the crosshair,
double click also moves the mouse pointer).

Code to put the top silk layer on top of the bottom silk layer in the
layer sorting GUI was written.

Wiki tells now how to get write access to the Git repo.

Lots of topics discussed, IRC was crowded.
