That video by Maskless Lithography showed multiple bright light square reflections on
the surface being projected to.  So they load up as much image as will fit into on micro mirror chip
and then an adjacent one handles more.  Just one micro mirror chip would do some good prototypes.

I wonder if any of the patents about grey level imaging are expired?  28 related to micromirrors AND grey level imaging
before 1995...  28 expired patents to work with for an open hardware product...
