Depends on what you understand by "high speed". I did my first boards at
90 mm/min and it worked (with some patience). Then for a long time I ran
at 200 mm/min. Now, with the new Mantis Electron I do 600 mm/min. A Gen7
board needs some 15 minutes for the isolation milling this way. Plus 2x
10 minutes for the drilling, plus 3 tool changes with surface probing at
about 5 minutes each.

The biggest problem I face is burring. It needs careful fine-tuning of
the milling spindle to get burr-free results.

Humidity isn't really a problem. Wooden machines don't shrink and grow
like a balloon, even less in the one or two hours a machining needs.
