No, it's not rigid enough to be precise at high speeds.  I need to run
it pretty slowly and be very careful about backlash, and there's
limits to the amount of side-pressure I can put on the bit before the
whole tool just moves out of the way.

So if I need to be precise, I have to be very careful, and understand
the limits of the machine.
