You forget the work done in private repos such as, e.g.
http://repo.or.cz/w/geda-pcb/pcjc2.git
and that not all private work has been published, and that there is
other activity, e.g. FOSDEM talks.

I don't know what to change in the *htdocs now. If you would want, you
could do this or file a bug report. As to other projects, let's they be.
If they're not so popular that nobody wants to work on them, what can I
do? There are other projects with similar issues. I would name some of
them just a 'proof of concept' (if I understand right what I've said :)).

Nope. Everyone can contribute by filing bug reports, working on the
existing ones, sending patches and so on. That's the right way, I think.

I see only 6 projects on git.geda-project.org (excluding *htdocs, see
above). Three of them are popular and are developed. Three others would
probably have some more care. TBH, I never used any of them.
