Sure, see http://www.delorie.com/electronics/powermeter/ I laid out one page as a module, and cut/pasted it with a filter to map it to multiple instances. But I didn't use heirarchy per se, but a template page that I scripted into 15 other pages. I.e. I flattened it at the page level, rather than at the netlist level.
