Subject: [geda-user] Non-plated pin/via with copper annulus

Hi,

Is it possible to define vias (or pins) to have a copper annulus
(ring) but not being non-plated.

I would like to create a kind of connection-matrix with x-axis traces
on the top side and y-axis traces on the bottom side so one could
create a custom connection scheme by just soldering in pins.

greetings,
Bernhard
