I don't know why anyone would want to automatically reload the PCB, in
that it'd be somewhat dangerous. Even with the button, I've lost
changes quite a few times, and it's especially expensive when the
changes lost are very small.

A note about there being unsaved changes in the presently open PCB
along with the Reload button, and programmatic access to that
information would be a critical prerequisite to even considering
auto-reload, if you ask me.
