A regex pattern for 100-199 is: 1[0-9][0-9]
For 200-299: 2[0-9][0-9]
In case you want to deal with resistors only: R1[0-9][0-9]

These are the generic regex patterns that; I am not sure how exactly the 
select dialog box works, tho.
