Missing pcb2gerber

I think it would work great, a button or menu item to run them is no big deal if anybody want that.

I guess the storage library libpcbfile need functions to walk thru the objects in property value order or access the objects with a particular value. On top of that there would probably be a need for sorting functions. For exporting gerber you would extract the objects with the layer(s) property value for the layer which should be exported. The most critical point would be the interface functions in the storage library libpcbfile to access the objects in the layout.
