Is this a question? I don't see any handle that could be used for this 
purpose. This feature has been on my wish list for years...

Other use cases:
  * a parametrized signal amplification sub circuit
  * a generic variable voltage regulator circuit
  * a FPGA block that can refer to different models of a series
