  You have done great work and presented your case well, and I have to
admit your suggestions are compelling.  I don't think anyone here would
argue with that.  I'm a bit more open to the idea than I was at the
outset.  I still maintain, however, that there would be an image
problem.  It is most decidedly a nontechnical issue, and in a perfect
world it should never even come up.

  I wonder if anything can be done about that.
