Incorrect, go over a pad and type "q" to remove the square attribute,
they become oblong or circular if they are degenerate.

Note that this choice of variables is very poor since it prevents
rotated square pads; you have to make them slightly rectangular to
make them follow the rotation of the component (when the rotation
angle is not a multiple of 90°).
