Hi Sergey,

We use a system called PartKeepr. This is a stand alone stock control
system so you would need to list your stock, then list everything from
your BOMs to create 'projects' in partkeepr.

The blog says that it is now unmaintained - but also, a few posts
earlier it says partkeepr is now using symfony2 framework, which I'm
familiar with.

Reservation of parts might be something that needs adding.
