I'll keep this in mind when we do the next batch of ports. Note that we don't host Mac or Linux binaries on sourceforge either. The only errors I'm seeing in my ftp server logs is "too many sessions for this address" but the logs do show successful downloads. To debug this further, I'd need to know what IP address you're coming from.
