geda wiki is running DokuWiki, which has an experimental xmlrpc support.
I have enabled it (without testing - cannot do this from my current
machine) only for approved users and admins.
Documentation: https://www.dokuwiki.org/devel:xmlrpc
The service URI for geda wiki is http://wiki.geda-project.org/lib/exe/xmlrpc.php
