I have a fairly large board, about 11"x11" - not sure if that is
important or not, just throwing out the info. It was routed using PCB
Version 2010. Generating gerbers from that version works just fine. If
I switch to 2011 version, the gerbers come out wrong. Specifically, the
cnc plated drill file is moved way off from where it should be and has
stuff moved where it should not be.

Question is, is this just a version mismatch (route in 2010, gerbers in
2011)? Actually, I just saved the file (save-as, with a new name) while
running 2011. The gerbers are still really wrong.

FYI, I routed a smaller board in 2011. The gerbers look correct.
