I have a disc I want to rotate up to approximately 2 to 3 inches. I'd like
the precision of movements to be to the 1/16th of an inch.

Is anyone aware of cheap linear actuators or should I come up with some
other way to rotate the disc?

I'd be glad to hear some suggestions also. I'm using a microchip 8 bit
micro to control this.

Thanks
