I think we have one or two internationalization bugs that need
to be fixed. (Specifically, the gerber exporter output uses ','
instead of '.' all over the place, and we should test save/load.)

Glancing at launchpad, there don't seem to be any other showstoppers.

How much time do we have before package freeze?
