The only change would be to disable HAVE_SPAWNVP when cygwin is
detected; I have no clue how to do it automatically.
And also use configure --disable-gl because there is no gl port for cygwin.
By the way, in the cofigure help the option is not listed, there is
only the old --enable-gl.
