Tell us what OS and processor you are running. Maybe send us the
output files from the pcb/tests/outputs/ folder.

There is a bug here:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/pcb/+bug/800862

that I could not reproduce. Does it sound like what you are experiencing?

Probably. But on my system, I get 21 out of 21 tests pass, so I can't
really say anything about yours.
