http://jinlong-machinery.com/ might have data sheets.
They import a lot of them.  They are in New York City.

Yes.  More voltage or less voltage (stall)  will cause heat, and may
damage the motor.

Expect it to take 70mA at that voltage.

Some motors work with Cell Phone batteries which are in the 3.7 to 4.2V range.
You need to have the data sheet or do a LOT of testing.
