I have some footprints with elliptical arcs in silkscreen, i.e. they
have different radii for x- and y-axis. They work fine on ps export, but
in the user interface the arcs were always displayed as circular arcs
with the x-radius of the screen coordinate. (When I rotated the object,
the appearance of the arc changed in size.)
I have attached a picture to demonstrate this

This was not a serious bug, but for me still annoying enough to take a
look at the code, and I found a way to make a simple fix.

I don't know in which form to post it, so I quote the git diff output.
The only git-commands I know so far, are clone and diff, so sorry if I
am uncertain. Is there a standard way to communicate code-change
suggestions?
