DJ,

What type of blade do you use on your scroll saw to cut pc boards? Does it generate a lot of dust, cutting them this way? How often do the blades need to be changed?

I've been using a fiberglass-reinforced wheel in a Dremel, which works, but creates a dust storm (I use a dust mask and found out the hard way that wearing a long-sleeve shirt is a very good idea too!)

My panelizing scripts aren't plug-ins, they're independent scripts,
and they were written for the case where you're cutting them apart
yourself (I use a scroll saw). If you want to have a fab route for
break-apart, you'll need to do the routing layer manually.
