I think I found the problem. I have deleted two arcs that weren't exactly
0/90/180/360 degrees, but their coordinates fell inside the problematic
zone:

Arc[38.1376mm 73.7621mm 44.00mil 44.00mil 10.00mil 8.00mil 4 0
"clearline,auto"]
Arc[38.1630mm 71.9115mm 44.00mil 44.00mil 10.00mil 8.00mil 360 -1
"clearline,auto"]

Exported again to Gerber files and the circle disappeared ^_^

I wonder how these arcs arrived there, and why they were not drawn by PCB
