I don't want to make is sound like I'm complaining about DJGPP the DLL thing
or anytihng like that. I'm very appreciative for the DJGPP project for not
only bringing GCC to the MS-DOS platform back when it was more active, but
also for remaining active! It's still pretty amazing to see GCC 5 on MS-
DOS!

We've hit some bumps where it looks like some TCP/IP functionality is now
included in the 2.05 which overlaps with WaTTCP, which causes various ioctl
errors. I haven't even begun to look into what is going on, as it was
easier (and from what I gathered recommended) to remain on the older 2.03.

DLM doesn't appear to support DJGPP's DPMI hooks that we rely on, and DXE's
don't unload cleanly. It's not the end of the world. If people really need
that functionality it is available on Linux and Windows.

That said, we built static versions of the Quake2 executable, and they seem
to work fine for our original purposes. Which was more to see just how much
Quake 2 is reliant on Quake 1, and to be able to turn older PC's into 'Quake
terminals'.

Again I don't want to sound like I'm all demanding you guys add
functionality because it benefits me, getting 2.05 out the door is _FAR_
more important to show people that DOS/DJGPP is very much alive.

Thanks for all your efforts!
