I do not think the rendering of Netsurf is that much better than Dillo to make it worthwhile to port it to DOS. There is a big gap in quality between Dillo, Netsurf and Links versus Firefox and WebKit based browsers.

Does anyone know if there is a Cairo port for DOS available?
