Hi,

   A version of RBIL is the appendix of the second edition.
About 155 pages.  The other ~670 go into the history and
functionality of MS-DOS.  Chapter 10 is "Command Processors".
Chapter 8 is "File Systems and Network Redirectors.  And
they go into details.

   Good stuff to read, and the software is handy to track
what a program is accessing by reporting the DOS calls
made.
