Guys,

How do either of you know how much information is in this book that *isn't*
available from online DOS references?  E.g., not in RBIL, IBM's PC DOS 7
Technical Update, HelpPC, Dave Williams DOSREF, dospgref.zip, etc?

Is it just int 0x2f redirector and DOS SDA (Int 0x21, ax=0x5d06/0x5d0b)?
Or, what?...
