Hi Steve,

Thanks for this.  It has been a while since I have
done anything like this.  I also have "Undocumented DOS",
though I think it is the 1st Edition (1990).

Still, it would be interesting to know if one could
read/write from that 21st handle.  Maybe if I get a little
time, I will write a bit of code and see.
