Unfortunately, Scitech's http links for SNAP seem to be obsolete.  And,
their "backdoor" ftp site that had SNAP seems to be offline now...  So,
using Yahoo, I found these for you...  ;-)

SNAP SDK v3.1r19 (source, but no DOS binaries)
