Yes they are, but for those unfamiliar with the project going through
them FTP can be difficult.
And like me they may assume that they are all current as in the name
of the directory and download
them all. I used filezilla and it took 4+ hours to download
everything.

It would be easier/cleaner to keep only the "current" in the current
directory and move all files that are not current
into another. Its not that big of a deal. Either way I don't mind
going through them and making a list.
If I am the only one who is bothered by it I can get over it LOL.

Now that I have everything old and new it doesn't matter much to me
that they are there but I am willing to go through everything.
