You absolutely 100% have to use a 3rd-party TSR (NTOLDAPP) for Win2k,
WinXP, etc. to support this (although Vista has "clip.exe" which you
can pipe *into* from the cmdline, at least. Can't pipe out from it,
though, which is what you want, apparently.)
