He doesn't have it. "/dev/env/DJDIR" is an alias for the root of the
DJGPP installation tree. The DJGPP port of Bash uses it to avoid
breaking Unix scripts that rely on absolute file names to begin with =
a
slash (as opposed to DOS drive letter).
