I suggest you also include strlcat and strlcpy.  A full release of
suitable code is at:

   <http://cbfalconer.home.att.net/download/strlcpy.zip>

and includes the original BSD why and how documentation.  Those
routines are written to not use any other standard library
routines, thus minimizing library loading.  The coding is standard
C.
