If all you want is use cscope you'll have to find the cscope.exe 
executable to be sure your package is a binary one.

For usage get a look at the man page that comes with the package.

If you want to be 100% sure and don't mind using a slightly earlier 
version, you can download from djgpp site the csc154b.zip file which is 
CScope 15.4.

Installing it canonically in your DJGPP place will do.
