Subject: Identifying DJGPP EXE files
MIME-Version: 1.0
Reply-To: djgpp AT delorie DOT com

Hi all,

I've been searching the DJGPP online docs for half of an hour, but I
couldn't find the answer (maybe I was searching in wrong place?),
therefore I'll ask you.

I want to write a program that examines .EXE files, and tells if it's
compiled with a DOS extender, or not. If it's compiled with a DOS
extender, it should also tell which one.

Can you tell me how can I decide if an .EXE file uses a DOS extender
or not, and how can I distinguish between several DOS extenders, so
how can I identify DJGPP for example?

Thanks,
MegaBrutal
