Thank you very much for your answer.

I spent one day long to see, what is wrong.
As I have said earlier, there is a computer
which communicates with special electronic device.
The electronic device consists of a microcontroller
and MAX202ECPE (it converts TTL to RS232).
MAX202ECPE has different resistance of one of
its pins that MAX232N which I had been using before.
And it causes that it is more sensitive to any noises.
When I replaced it back to MAX232N, everything works well.

According to your suggestions about my UART code,
