At least I have bootstrapped GCC versions up to 4.1.2 using v2.03
under WinXP. As far as I remember I had to rebuild some old packages
at first and that was a bit of pain to find which ones does not
work properly or crash.

Any program significantly larger than "Hello. World" style ones
has bugs.
