The original developers of "noise" re-released it last year under a much
more liberal license, so that it should be possible to incorporate parts
of it into other programs. Unfortunately, I am not a programmer and
can't do much with it myself. It is waiting for someone with an interest
in entropy on DOS machines to take on the project.
