Hi,

just for info:
I downloaded the perl sources and was able to incorperate DXE support simply
by answering the questions:
extension: dxe
command: dxe3gen -U
... and so forth.

Of course, perlmain must be linked directly with the export list object that
will resolve all the undefines in the DXEs. Some of the DXEs that were able
to be built wer GDBM and DB... tests run fine (except a hang in running
comp/colon.t).

BTW, why is symlink support turned off by default?
