I could still do bzip2 single-file download.  I'd just have to add
some sort of cache to the webserver to keep from running bunzip2 all
the time.

bz2 vs zip reduces the files to 2/3 zip size.  Something to consider,
but all the support infrastructure will have to be added *first*.

About 600 downloads a day (of just djdev203.zip) still.  It would
probably be more if I had a faster link.
