Did you install DJGPP? Have you read the readme.1st that comes with
DJDEV203.ZIP to see if you have installed DJGPP correctly.
What version of Rhide are you using?
What OS are you using?  If you are using Win 2K or XP then go and grab
the Rhide 1.5.0 snapshot from www.rhide.com
